At the end of an active day there is nothing better than a healthy sauna session to ease pains and to regenerate exhausted muscles. The SPA complex of Pralongià Alpine Hut in Alta Badia is entirely made of wood and in addition to a Finnish sauna features also an infrared sauna and a relaxation area with water and juices, where you can abandon yourself to idleness lulled by harmonious tunes. Though it is quite small, the complex features all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay, including changing rooms, showers, towels and the possibility to go out into the fresh air. The SPA is reserved for exclusive and free-of-charge use of the guests staying in the rooms and dorms of the Alpine Hut Pralongià. During the winter season the SPA is open every day from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. During the summer season the SPA is available upon request.
